Find the phone model (typically located on the back of the phone on a sticker or otherwise), and google it. Chances are you’ll find the phone manual in PDF form within the first few results.
The most useful functions include keystrokes for voicemail to “skip to the end” or to enable “double-playback-speed.” For work-specific tips and tricks, check with your IT department.
