Send Your Calendar in Outlook

Have you ever tried to schedule a meeting with a colleague outside of your organization? Scheduling a meeting that works for both schedules can be difficult without Scheduling Assistant, but it doesn’t have to be. When composing a message in Outlook, navigate to the Insert tab, and select the Calendar icon:

Next, select the date(s) and level of detail you wish to share:

Finally, Outlook will populate a static version of your schedule as you customized it and include it in the email you’re sending.
